The pool area is beautifully designed for relaxation.
I was extremely disappointed with the dated bathroom facilities. There was no hot water on one night, and the staff could not be reached to resolve the issue. Communication with the staff was frustrating due to their limited English, making it nearly impossible to address my concerns.

my experience at this so-called 4-star hotel was less than stellar. the bathroom was almost unbearable, and I could not find hot water when I needed it. also, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for being a discerning guest, but clearly, that was too much to ask. The pool area is truly a highlight, beautifully designed for relaxation. The hotel is conveniently located next to the domestic airport, making travel very easy. From the room, I had a lovely garden view that added tranquility to my stay.
The noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome at night.
